Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the purchase and delivery of services provided by QUATTRO — Digital Marketing & Services (“QUATTRO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By hiring QUATTRO, approving a proposal, making a payment, or otherwise requesting that work begin, you agree to these terms.
Services
QUATTRO provides digital and creative services that may include Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Email Marketing, custom CV/resume template creation, web-related work, digital design, and other services specifically described in a client proposal, invoice, message, or project agreement.
The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, platform, price, and responsibilities for a project are determined by the individual agreement made with the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, instructions, access, files, brand materials, account permissions, approvals, and other items reasonably required to complete the requested work. Delays in receiving required material or feedback may affect delivery dates.
Clients must have the legal right to use any text, images, logos, trademarks, account credentials, mailing lists, advertising assets, or other materials supplied to QUATTRO.
Digital Marketing Services
Advertising and marketing performance can be affected by audience behavior, competition, platform algorithms, account history, budgets, creative quality, market conditions, and policies controlled by third-party platforms. QUATTRO does not guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, followers, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, or other performance result unless expressly agreed in writing.
Third-Party Platforms
Some QUATTRO services depend on platforms or providers outside our control, including social networks, advertising systems, email services, hosting providers, freelance marketplaces, analytics tools, and software services. Clients remain subject to the rules, fees, availability, and policies of those third parties.
QUATTRO is not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, rejected advertisements, account restrictions, algorithm changes, or other actions taken independently by a third-party platform.
Project Approval and Revisions
Clients should review drafts and deliverables carefully. Reasonable revisions may be included when stated in the project agreement. Requests that materially change the original scope may require additional time, a revised quote, or a separate project.
Once a client approves a final design, campaign, template, or other deliverable, later changes may be treated as additional work.
Payment
Prices and payment schedules are established for each project or service. QUATTRO may require full payment, a deposit, milestone payments, or another agreed arrangement before work begins or before final files are delivered.
Third-party costs such as advertising spend, platform fees, subscriptions, hosting, domains, stock assets, printing, or other outside expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the QUATTRO Refund Policy and by any project-specific agreement. Because digital services involve time, labor, planning, customization, and digital deliverables, payments may become non-refundable once work has begun or resources have been committed, subject to the applicable Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, QUATTRO retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, systems, reusable design elements, tools, concepts, know-how, and materials. Rights to final custom deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement and payment status.
Clients retain ownership of materials they lawfully provide to QUATTRO. No client may claim ownership of third-party software, fonts, stock assets, platform technology, or other materials governed by separate licenses.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
QUATTRO may request permission to display completed work as part of a portfolio, case study, social post, or service example. Confidential or sensitive client materials will not intentionally be published as promotional examples without appropriate permission.
Confidentiality
QUATTRO will use reasonable care with non-public information supplied for a project. Clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information and should use appropriate security practices when sharing passwords, account access, or private business information.
Termination
Either party may end a project when continued work is no longer practical, when the other party materially violates an agreement, or as otherwise provided in the project terms. The client remains responsible for payment for work already performed, expenses incurred, and any non-refundable amounts.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QUATTRO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of our services or from third-party platforms. QUATTRO’s total liability relating to a particular paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid to QUATTRO for that service, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
No Professional Advice
QUATTRO provides digital marketing, creative, design, and related digital services. Information supplied through our website or services is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Changes to These Terms
QUATTRO may update these Terms of Service as its services or business practices change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version published on this website.
